College Admissions Counseling Packages
Ivy admissions counseling Package
This package has everything most students who plan on applying to selective colleges need to navigate the college admissions process with confidence. Students will receive one-on-one help from one of our expert admissions coaches including help developing a college list, generous assistance with essays, interview prep, advice on admissions strategy, assistance finding scholarships, and elite admissions help through all aspects of your college admissions journey.
This includes, but is not limited to, quarterly meetings in 9th and 10th grade; meetings approx. every 2-3 weeks during most of 11th and 12th grade; interview prep, assistance with scholarship and summer program applications; and extensive help on essays, activities lists, and resumes (approx. 6 drafts per essay for Ivy League equivalent schools).
This option is perfect for students who want elite admissions help through every stage of the admissions process with a generous amount of professional guidance and support to create competitive applications for 8 schools (up to 4 of the schools may be Ivy League and/or Ivy League equivalent schools).

Standard Admissions counseling package
This package has everything most students need to navigate the college admissions process with confidence. Students will receive one-on-one help from one of our expert admissions coaches including help developing a college list, generous assistance with essays, interview prep, advice on admissions strategy, assistance finding scholarships, and elite admissions help through all aspects of your college admissions journey.
This includes, but is not limited to, quarterly meetings in 9th and 10th grade; meetings approx. every 2-3 weeks during most of 11th and 12th grade; interview prep, assistance with scholarship and summer program applications; and extensive help on essays, activities lists, and resumes (approx. 4 drafts per essay).
This option is ideal for students who want admissions help through every stage of the admissions process with the perfect amount of professional guidance and support to create competitive applications for 8 schools (excluding Ivy League and/or Ivy League equivalent schools).

Essay Starter Package
This package is ideal for families with students in 9th grade who need expert guidance as they plan ahead for their admissions journey. During the early years of high school, students need help planning their extracurricular activities, choosing which courses to take, and they need advice on a wide range of decisions such as how to plan ahead for standardized testing, how to understand the admissions landscape, and how to begin developing a list of colleges to apply to.
With this package, students will receive the following:
4 One-on-One Admissions Counseling Sessions: Students and parents will meet for two 1-hour sessions at the beginning and end of their school year to work on a strategic admissions plan, to receive advice on extracurriculars and course selection, and to have an opportunity to get your admissions-related questions answered. There will also be two 30-minute student meetings at key intervals to check in on student progress and provide guidance during the school year.
Key Deliverables: Each student will receive a custom-made college list, a 4-year extracurricular plan, a 4-year coursework plan, as well as other helpful documents such as guides on how to develop a school list, checklists to help you meet key milestones, and more.
Ongoing Phone and Email Support: Families will receive up to 1-hour of additional support via phone and email so that you can receive admissions advice when you need it between meetings.
9th Grade Starter Package

10th Grade Starter Package
This package is ideal for families with students in 10th grade who need expert guidance as they plan ahead for their admissions journey. Standard Transfer Application Package
This package is ideal for families who have some understanding of transfer admissions strategy, but who also want expert guidance on key strategic decisions that are critical to transfer admissions such as course selection, involvement in extracurriculars, letters of recommendation, as well as help on the transfer application essays.
In addition to the same essay writing support given with the Transfer Essay Starter Package (Initial Strategy and Brainstorming Session, Ongoing Essay Support, and Final Review of Materials and Strategy), students will also receive the following:
Preliminary Strategy Session: Students receive a 1-hour meeting to discuss transfer strategy, selection of coursework, testing requirements, letters of recommendation, extracurriculars, and other key strategic decisions needed for successful transfer applications.
Follow-up Strategy Sessions: Students receive two 30-minute sessions to follow-up and refine their transfer application strategy
Comprehensive Transfer Package
This option is perfect for students who want help through every stage of the transfer application process. Our comprehensive package is designed to give students a generous amount of personalized help so that they can create the very strongest applications they are capable of. The comprehensive package has everything transfer students need to navigate the transfer process with ample one-on-one help from one of our expert admissions consultants including help developing a college list, extensive assistance with essays, generous advice on key strategic decisions, and help through other aspects of their transfer admissions journey.
Students will receive comprehensive help with up to 20 hours of elite admissions counseling service. With these 20 flexible hours you’ll get all of the help provided in our other two packages along with a generous number of meetings and additional essay help that goes above and beyond what is offered in the Transfer Essay Starter Package and the Standard Transfer Application Package.

Transfer Essay Starter Package
This package is offered to families who have a firm grasp on which schools they are applying to and their transfer strategy, but who wish to have expert guidance and review on their essays. Students will receive two 1-hour online sessions to brainstorm essay ideas, strategically analyze their essays, and formulate an appropriate action plan. It includes the following:
Initial Essay Strategy and Brainstorming Session: Students receive a 1-hour crash course where students will formulate an essay strategy for 1-2 schools, brainstorm essay topics with one of our elite counselors, and be given high-level essay examples to help them write essays on their own.
Ongoing Essay Support: After writing their essays, students will receive detailed written feedback on up to 6 essay drafts so that they can revise their writing with confidence. Each essay will be carefully analyzed and written feedback will be provided which is aimed at helping the student improve the impact, voice, authenticity, passion, word choice, and grammar of the writing.
Final Review of Materials and Strategy: In this culminating 1-hour session, students meet with their counselor in a 1-on-1 online session
